Neil Gouveia is the Sales Director for Africa at Zebra Technologies. He is a well-rounded leader with over 15 year’s experience in sales, operations and sales management. Prior to his role in Zebra, Neil was employed by Cisco Systems (the global leader in network solutions) where he held several positions over 8 years. In his last position at Cisco Neil managed the Virtual Sales business across Africa as Operations Manager. He successfully implemented and managed 3 strategic business hubs in Africa to deliver on high revenue targets for Cisco. In his current capacity as Sales Director, Neil is tasked with execution of Zebra’s global strategy in the local market. This involves building and managing the local team, shaping the culture and go to market to ultimately result in positive revenue growth for the business.
