Dr Maximilien Goris-Gbenou is from the Central African Republic. He graduated in medicine (MD) in 2002 and as urologist surgeon in 2008 (University of Brussels, Belgium). He have good experience in onco-urology, laparoscopic surgery, holmium laser enucleation of prostate and robotic surgery. Dr Goris-Gbenou continued as practicing urologist in the department of Urology of the University of Lyon and Saint-Joseph-Saint Luc (Lyon, France) and has be appointed as full time staff urologist in the main hospital of Valence (Valence, France) after national successful selection. In 2014, he obtained the diploma of specialized studies in oncology (University Claude Bernard – Lyon 1, France). From September 2014 to September 2018, he was the Chairman of Urology department. Currently, he is a full-time urologist surgeon at the Private Hospital Marseille Beauregard Vert-Coteau (Marseille, France). Dr Goris-Gbenou is a scientist expert approved by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research. Additionally, he is member of national and international societies and associations including the American Urological Association (AUA), the Société Internationale (SIU), the French Association of urology (AFU), the Belgian Association of Urology (BAU), the European Association of Urology(EAU) and the European Society for Urological Research (ESUR). He is a former member of European Society of Residents in Urology (ESRU). Dr Goris Gbenou is editor, author and co-author of numerous scientific articles, book’s chapters and he is currently a reviewer of several prestigious scientific journals including Urologic Oncology : Seminars and Original Investigations, Urology, World Journal of Urology, International Journal of Urology, Urologia Internationalis and Minerva Urologica e Nefrologica. In April 2019, Dr Goris-Gbenou has been recognized as a Star Reviewer 2018 of Urologic Oncology : Seminars and Original Investigations. He is currently a principal investigator of several international studies. Dr Goris-Gbenou is member of scientific board of the ongoing French prospective, multicenter study on PCA3 and his research topics are general urology, laparoscopy and uro-oncology. He collaborates with U’HOPE COMPANY for development of digital platform D@niel to health’s field specially in surgeon.
